Passionate about fitness...
I've been passionate about exercise since I was a teenager. I played semi-pro Rugby Union and Rugby league for a number of years. I've trained & competed in MMA, had 3 amateur fights and I've been a non-competitive bodybuilder for many years, so I've trained hard for different disciplines and learnt many techniques and training styles along the way.
I've decided to put my knowledge and passion for sport to good use and have now gained Level 2 Fitness Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications and am currently working towards a diploma for GP Referrals For Exercise.
So, whether you're brand new to exercise, need help with your confidence in the gym or just want to change your exercise routine I would love to go on that journey with you.
As your personal trainer, I can offer a variety of options from basic workout programmes, full body assessments to get you started, weekly check-ins, nutritional advice and recipes.
I can offer one to one personal training either outside or in a gym if you're local to Doncaster, South Yorkshire, online workouts, and I'm hoping to be bringing outdoor Boot Camp style workouts for groups very soon.
The only thing I can't do for you is the hard work but I will be there every step of the way to encourage and support you.
